$15 per skater INCLUDING skate rental

* Off peak hours are every Monday through Thursday, AND Friday until 5pm with the exception of Holiday Weeks (Nov. 24 - Nov. 30 & Dec. 22 - Jan. 4). Regular $15 pricing applies during the holiday weeks. Skate sessions are an hour and a half, and are continuous. The ice rink accepts cash, Visa and Mastercard.

Skate sessions are an hour and a half AND begin once you receive your wristband.

Valid every day, including weekends. Cannot be used at one time or in one day.

Skating Lessons

Private Lessons        $35 per ½ hr
Semi –Private (2-4)   $60 per ½ hr.

The Ice Skating Instructors are Independent Contractors and not employees of the Downtown Walnut Creek on Ice. The instructors are paid separately either by cash or check only; they do not accept any credit cards. All students must pay skate admission fee and have a valid wristband on before any instruction will be given.  Names and phone numbers of the Skating Instructors can be obtained from the Lesson information table that is located at Downtown Walnut Creek on Ice inside the large tent.

Field Trips

Field trips were never this COOL! Welcome all schools, scout troops, and students. Field trips at Downtown Walnut Creek on Ice are more than just a break from the classroom routine. There a unique experience that your students will remember for a lifetime. Field trips can be scheduled daily, Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 3 pm at a special field trip price of $8 per student (including skate rental).

Important Note

Downtown Walnut Creek on Ice can typically handle two classrooms of the same age of children, but to ensure we have the number of skates to fit those adorable small feet, click here to download our skate inventory. Sessions fill quickly, so book your field trip today! Call 925.935.SNOW (7669) for more information. Although we cannot guarantee to have sizes for everyone available all the time, this will help you plan and help us get ready to help lace us those little feet.

Corporate Parties

Looking for a unique venue for your holiday party, but dread the details? Let our Downtown Walnut Creek on Ice friendly and knowledgeable staff help.

We offer Private Rink Rental Sunday, Monday and Tuesdays from 8 to 10 pm for $500 an hour, as well as an hour prior to opening on Saturdays (9 am) and Sundays (10 am). The fee includes exclusive use of the ice rink and skate rentals for up to 50 guests, additional guests may be added for $8 per skater. A corporate event at Downtown Walnut Creek on Ice can be custom tailored to include special music and catering. Call today to book your one or two hour private party!
