Fundraiser Rules and Regulations
● Participant to contact Walnut Creek on Ice, (WCOI)

● select a date/or dates, fill out registration form and submit for approval.  

● Participant to submit their Fundraiser Flyer to WCOI prior to their scheduled date or dates

● Participant is prohibited to distribute, under any circumstances, their flyers on Walnut Creek on Ice site or anywhere in front of or around Walnut Creek on Ice site prior to/or on the day of their scheduled event

● Participants Fundraiser  $1 back reimbursement check will be submitted for payment and distributed via U.S. Mail approximately 4-6 weeks after participants scheduled Fundraiser date or dates.

Please note : Fundraiser  may not be combined with any of our  group  rates, coupons or promotions of any type including  our promotional Family Night .  Walnut Creek on Ice reserves the right to refuse groups or organizations to participate  in our $1 back Fundraiser  that may not qualify or does not comply in full with the rules and regulations of the Fundraiser.
