Private Ice Parties at the Rink

Rent Walnut Creek on Ice for your Group, Organization or Business

During Private Ice Parties, the rink is solely yours for you to enjoy. The rink will be closed to public skating during your Private Ice Party. For times and dates of Private Ice Parties refer to the table below. To check for availability of those dates and times for your party, please refer to the reservation form.

Please note: there are no refunds. Parties are held rain or shine. If weather does prevent the rink from safely operating, the party will be rescheduled. No exceptions.

Reservations can be made in one hour increments. Cost is $725 for one hour. It includes up to 50 skaters, $10 each additional skater. Please estimate the number of additional skaters when making the reservation, although an exact count will be taken and the additional charges will be collected at the rink.

The following are the days and times the ice rink is available for private ice parties.

Monday	9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Tuesday	9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Wednesday	9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Thursday	9:00 am - 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Friday	9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Sunday	10:00 am - 11:00 am and 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm
